When you’re buying a home, you have to prioritize features (unless you’re very wealthy and don’t need priorities). One system that many have found helpful is coming up with A, B and C columns for your housing desires: Must-Haves, Would-Like-To-Haves and Would-Be-Awesome-But-Don’t-Needs.
Of course, the A-column takes priority. So, what are those A-list things, and how many of them can you truly afford? Let’s run down a (non-exhaustive) list of possible items for you to choose from, and then you can develop your B and C columns from there, as well. Happy house hunting!
